The challenge
HBI Australia were set the difficult task of carrying out the restoration of this 2500 m2 resort complex. Restoration included a full replacement of the 45-degree pitch roof. The greatest challenge was carrying out the entire project whist the resort stayed fully operational.

HBI Australia exceeded all expectations and completed the entire project in just six weeks and to budget. The owner’s committee and project manager were pleased with the professionalism the project was carried out and very happy it was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.
I would personally like to thank HBI Australia for their high level of professionalism on this difficult project. Every aspect of their operations from their administration, communication, management and down to their fine workmanship were all carried out as true professionals. I made the right decision as Project Manager for the Executive Committee to appoint HBI Australia to carry out this 2500m2 restoration that included an incredibly difficult 45-degree pitch re-roof. The project was completed with minimal interruption to our residents, ahead of schedule and to budget. I would not hesitate to use or recommend HBI Australia for any large restoration project in the future.
