The challenge
HBI Australia were engaged to make safe this large loss friable asbestos fire claim and re-build this unit block. The building was riddled with asbestos which made this a highly friable site to work with.
The result
HBI Australia successfully carried out the project in an efficient manner, to schedule and budget, with the building owners, loss adjuster and strata manager pleased with the repair.
Just wanted to thank HBI Australia so much for the continued help during the re-building of Owen Street. HBI have always been extremely helpful and accommodating especially your supervisor each time we travelled up from Sydney and explaining the processes and helping us with changes we needed. Each of HBI Australia’s tradesmen we met were extremely polite and very welcoming as we came to inspect the property. We also noticed how nicely your supervisor spoke to the tradesmen (even the very junior helper) and they all seemed to have great respect for him. All in all, it has been a pleasure dealing with HBI Australia.
