Over the last two years, HBI have completed the reinstatement of three fire damaged properties for North Coast Community Housing. These have all been significant undertakings ranging from internal fit out, external and roofing repairs to complete demolition and rebuilding of a three-bedroom house. HBI have also been awarded planned maintenance contracts to refurbish a number of our occupied properties and bring them up to current asset standards. In all cases, HBI have tendered for contracts and have been able to deliver high quality work at commercially competitive rates. I have a good working relationship with staff at HBI and always find them to be professional, courteous and responsive to our needs.
